Pluses and minuses of living in New England.

Sometimes the weather cooperates, but since this is New England, sometimes it’s just too windy to offer hot air balloon rides. Those that were there bore witness to the two helium balloons that were tossed up and down and side to side making their point of just how windy it was up there a few feet above the ground. We will try to reschedule this very special event with the good people at RE/MAX.

Other than the wind, it was a perfect evening to kick off the 10th Annual Summer Concert Series on the Dunstable Common with some great bluegrass musicians …. from Maine.

Summer Concert is ON!

This evening at 6:30 PM, join us as we kick off the 10th Annual (no kidding, 10th Annual !) Summer Concert Series on the Common.
We have great bluegrass music, tethered hot air balloon rides, NEW Dunstable t-shirts and Lowell Spinners tickets! Wow! And, of course, the usual ice cream :-)

Rain Out :-(

Due to today’s rain the first concert of the 10th Annual Summer Concert Series as well as the hot air balloon rides has been cancelled for this evening.

The silver lining to this very cloudy day is that:

1. Old Enuff To Know Better Band is available to play our rain date of August 17th

2. Tethered hot air balloon rides have been re-scheduled for next Wednesday, June 29th

Hot Air Balloon rides + Summer Concert = wicked fun!

Maybe you've seen the sign in the center of town, or a poster at one of Dunstable's finest establishments. Or maybe you've heard - what you thought were - rumors. And you're wondering ... is this true? Hot air balloon rides right in Dunstable Center?

Yes, it's true. Dunstable Summer Concerts, in partnership with RE/MAX, is très pleased to offer tethered hot air balloon rides on Wednesday evening (the night of our first concert), June 22. Proceeds will go to the Ben Goss Fund.

What a great way to kick off the 10th Annual Summer Concert season!

Band is booked for post-parade good time? Check

The Memorial Day parade steps off at 1 PM on Sunday. The "Summer" concert will start immediately after the parade.

Summer Concert "Surprise"

Kick off the “unofficial” start of summer with a Summer Concert! That’s right! The Summer Concert committee has planned a Memorial Day concert to take place right after the town parade on Sunday, May 29th!
